Image Inspirations: Ages 5 – 8

Summer Art Sessions for Children

Tuesday & Wednesday, JULY 8 – 9, 9am – Noon

Taking inspiration from exhibitions on view, including Sacred Nature and Double Exposure: Community Portraits, young artists will experiment with photography techniques and image-inspired making during Summer Art Sessions. Activities take place in the Museum’s classrooms, Glass Box Studio, and Sculpture Garden.

Younger artists (ages 5 – 8) will experiment with photocollage techniques, craft a wearable piece of art or “prop” to use in their photographs, and construct a collaborative, image-inspired monolith.

Registration is required. Fee: $60 for Museum members; $85 for non-members.
