It’s becoming more common for people to give experiences as gifts. Whether gifting an experience you can share together or providing someone with an experience tailored to their interests, they hold deep meaning to those receiving them. Consider setting up a date night at the Museum during the first Thursday of each month where our hours are extended, or a day date on the weekends! Admission is always free, but the time spent in the galleries will leave you rich with inspiration and memories.
For the Social Butterfly:
For those who want to take it a step further, give a Museum membership! Becoming a member at the Museum allows you to experience everything the Woodson has to offer, like exclusive member openings, behind-the-scenes events, and special discounts on Museum purchases. Enjoy the annual Birds in Art preview experience as a member, where you can mix and mingle with artists, staff, and other Museum members. It’s the ultimate social outing!

For the person in your life that is an art lover, grab them something from the Museum’s store! We have a great selection of Birds in Art t-shirts, posters, and catalogues, and notecards, pins, and magnets inspired by the Museum’s collection. Many of these items can also be purchased on our website.
For the Creative:
Throughout the year, the Museum holds many programs and workshops designed for all ages and abilities to enjoy practicing their skills or learning new ones. Purchasing a gift certificate for a workshop is a great way to support creative-minded individuals. Check out our online events calendar to learn more about upcoming programs and workshops.

If you are looking for something to do with your kids over the holiday break, come visit Art Park! Our interactive gallery space has lots to see, feel, and make, creating a fun and educational experience for the whole family to enjoy.
